If you are transferring your membership to Broadview from another local church please let us know the name and location of that church. Also include any relevant information for why you're moving your membership from that church to Broadview.

Did you relocate? Was there a particular ministry/program that attracted you? Share as much or as little as you'd like.

If so, please include the name of that small group and/or the person who teaches it.

This could include certain ministries, areas of service, topics of interest or any other information about your spiritual life.

Let us know when you became a Christian and why. You can share as many details as you'd like but please include information about when and how you came to understand the Gospel, your need for God's grace and why faith in Christ was necessary for your salvation.     Membership Class & Process

    After you submit this interest form, you'll need to register for a membership class. This class will go over the details of church membership and help you assimilate into the life of the church. Church membership will not be confirmed until you sign a membership covenant at the conclusion of the membership class.

    Our membership classes are held on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:00 pm. A meal will be provided as well as childcare for those who RSVP. Please indicate the class you plan to attend.

    If these dates aren't available for you please let us know and we will accommodate your situation so that you're able to join the church.
